Nexus Health Systems Facilities

Nexus Specialty Hospital- Adult Specialty Hospital providing medical and rehabilitative care for people with medically complex needs resulting from injury, exacerbation of chronic disease processes or acute illness. Assisting as soon as we can after catastrophic injury, we can work to transition patients through our unique continuum of care.

Touchstone Neurorecovery Center- Transitional and Residential Neuromedical Rehabilitation center offers customized treatment programs designed to help individuals with known or suspected brain injury or other neurological conditions, progress to their highest functional level possible, by meeting their behavioral, vocational and community re-entry needs. Our residential setting allows for implementation of transferable skills that will carry over into the home.

HealthBridge Children’s Hospital Houston, Texas- Pediatric Specialty Acute Care hospital serves as a bridge between the hospital and home for medically fragile children from birth to age 21 that require acute and/or rehabilitative care.

HealthBridge Children’s Hospital Orange, California- Pediatric Specialty Hospital licensed as an acute care pediatric hospital to accommodate both acute care pediatric needs and long-term sub-acute care.
